CRIMINAL INVESTIGATIONS DIVISION St. Matthews Police Criminal Investigations Division The St. Matthews Police Department Criminal Investigations Division (CID) is comprised of five detectives. This unit investigates all major crimes. At times, CID may work cases involving outside agencies such as the ATF, FBI, Secret Service, and Probation and Parole, as well as other police agencies.
